Books and Wings
Created for the play “Eleemosynary”,
Books and Wings was
my visual image of the intellectual and spiritual growth of
three very different women as they struggled to be true to
themselves while becoming a family.
All of these images were created as sets for specific plays.
I designed them, created scale models and built plans to
implement them, and did the final scenic artwork on them. In
the photographs with actors, I also helped choose the
lighting and pose the actors to get the final effect.
