As Music Director at St. John’s Church, I decided
to focus on the growth and development of music. My
collage uses the Easter Sequence Victimae Paschali Laudes,
as representing renewal and rebirth, in medieval notation
evolving to modern notation through Christ. I tried
to portray motion, in that, the development of liturgical
music is ever moving forward, and, as in the development
of the prayer book, and is based on the foundation of
what came before
